THE POSITION
As Associate Partner you are motivated by a full value chain responsibility. You preferably carry a successful track record as a Consultant from an Executive Search firm and you are preferably well-versed in working with Life Sciences clients. Moreover, your clients broadly acknowledge and respect you for being a “value creator” and trusted advisor.

Your primary focus will be to build and expand your own portfolio of global and local clients. You will operate your own legal entity (personal or limited company) and will invoice Albright based on your sales and/or execution of assignments.

Some assignments you will run individually (end-to-end) other assignments you will team up with an Executive Research Associate while being responsible for the entire executive search process – from initial client contact to final delivery. This includes in-depth analysis, definition of search strategy, candidate- and source identification, interviewing, assessment and onboarding.

Responsibilities & Tasks:
 
  • Part of the Strategic Leadership Team.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with C- suite/senior executive clients and candidates.
  • Identifying, attracting and assessing first-rate talent.
  • Developing and executing business development activities (new biz & specific existing clients).
  • Leading the delivery of a comprehensive, high quality end-to-end executive search process.
  • Leading a team of an Executive Research Associate on specific assignments.
  • Developing & implementing a structured search-based methodology including market mapping, timescales, deliverables and associated reporting.
  • Developing and retaining relationships with new clients, handling negotiations - including preferred supplier agreements.
  • Playing a key part in preparing and writing proposals and pitch documents
  • Developing expert knowledge of clients’ businesses.

  • Building a reputation within the market as a credible, knowledgeable, professional and successful Executive Search Consultant.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Educational background: Preferably M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree within Commercial, Finance, HR or similar.
   
Language: Danish & English – fluent verbally and in writing.
   
Ideal experience:
  • 5+ years experience from the Executive Search industry or strategy consulting.
  • Documented track record in delivering top quality search assignments with high stick rates.
  • Possesses superior networking skills – and a network of senior & C-level executives.
  • Client acquisition skills – a creative approach to the different ways in which clients can be acquired and which are based on adding long-term value.
  • Superior understanding and ability to interpret clients demands.
  • Pro-active and creative approach to identifying leadership talent and effectively presenting candidates to an appropriate audience.
  • Strong work ethics, integrity and is dedicated to solving independent and team commitments impeccably.
