THE POSITION |
|
As Associate Partner you are motivated by a full value chain responsibility. You preferably carry a successful track record as a Consultant from an Executive Search firm and you are preferably well-versed in working with Life Sciences clients. Moreover, your clients broadly acknowledge and respect you for being a “value creator” and trusted advisor. Your primary focus will be to build and expand your own portfolio of global and local clients. You will operate your own legal entity (personal or limited company) and will invoice Albright based on your sales and/or execution of assignments. Some assignments you will run individually (end-to-end) other assignments you will team up with an Executive Research Associate while being responsible for the entire executive search process – from initial client contact to final delivery. This includes in-depth analysis, definition of search strategy, candidate- and source identification, interviewing, assessment and onboarding. |

Educational background: | Preferably M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree within Commercial, Finance, HR or similar. |
Language: | Danish & English – fluent verbally and in writing. |
