THE POSITION
As Executive Research Associate you will be a central part of the research team at Albright Partners A/S partaking and contributing to the initial, and highly important, phase of our search process while conducting support logistical services in preparation of interviews, meetings etc.
The position is a unique opportunity for gaining insight and firsthand experience within the executive search industry. Undertaking a broad range of important and exciting tasks and responsibilities, the position offers a great opportunity for personal and professional development, including among others the following activities:
 
POSITION PROFILE
Position title: Executive Research Associate (Student Assistant)
   
Location: Greater Copenhagen (Hybrid/Flexible)
   
Traveling: Limited
   
Responsibilities & Tasks:
 
  • Driving the establishment of search strategies and related process steps
  • Identifying, screening, and telephone interviewing potential candidates
  • Engaging with candidates and clients to plan and coordinate meetings and schedules
  • Composing various qualitative assignment-related reports and documents
  • Setting up meeting rooms prior to interviews and ensuring seamless logistics
  • Coordinating company events, symposia, and marketing activities
   
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Educational background: Preferably started or will start M.Sc. degree. Preferably completed studies within a business, nature sciences, HR, or similar undergraduate education.
   
Language: Fluent in English – verbally and written
