THE POSITION |
|
As the company is continuing to expand their global presence, our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Finance to join their team. The Vice President, Finance will play a critical role in the organization, overseeing financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. This role requires a deep understanding of both IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and U.S. GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) reporting standards, as well as the ability to effectively lead a team primarily located in Sweden. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the strategic growth and success of a commercial-stage biotech company as it transitions to the public markets. |

Educational background: | Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. |
