THE POSITION |
|
Our client is looking to bring onboard a high-caliber Business Development scholar to strengthen the Global Strategy & Corporate Development organization while playing a key role in shaping the company’s external growth agenda. The role offers an exciting opportunity to source, evaluate and execute in-licensing, out-licensing, alliance and acquisition deals that expand or optimize the company’s pipeline. Acting as Transaction-lead, Co-lead or Support, the role will orchestrate cross-functional due-diligence teams, craft data-driven opportunity assessments, build valuation models, and negotiate term sheets and agreements in close partnership with R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams. As our client prepares pivotal launches and expands geographically, the candidate’s work will directly influence strategic decision-making at Board level, giving the successful candidate significant scope to drive both tactical agreements and long-term portfolio growth. You will join a flat, open and collaborative environment where feedback is direct, silos are few and decisions are made quickly. The position offers high visibility, international interaction and the chance to leave a lasting mark on the company’s growth trajectory. |
