Life Sciences Knowledge Partner (Advisory Role)

We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Life Sciences Knowledge Partner to join our advisory network. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to our executive search consultants, contributing deep industry insight, market intelligence, and functional expertise across the Life Sciences sector – including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and diagnostics.

As a Knowledge Partner, you will not be involved in day-to-day recruitment activities but will provide high-value input on market trends, organizational structures, talent landscapes, and candidate assessments. Your insights will support the successful execution of senior-level searches, ensuring we remain aligned with the latest developments and expectations in a rapidly evolving industry.

Ideal candidates have held senior leadership roles (preferably C-suite) within established or scaling Life Sciences companies. A global perspective, strong network, and ability to act as a sounding board for both consultants and clients are essential.

This is a flexible, part-time advisory position suited to a professional who is semi-retired, engaged in board work, or operating independently. You will play a critical role in enhancing our credibility and delivery capabilities within one of our most strategic sectors.
