Our client is an international consultancy within engineering, architecture, energy and environment shaping the future of healthcare infrastructure.

The company is located in Greater Copenhagen, Denmark.

In the role you will become part of a multidisciplinary environment with more than 5,000 dedicated professionals globally, working across infrastructure, buildings, energy, environment, and water. In our client's Buildings and

Industry division where the role will reside, colleagues work on landmark projects across sectors – from smart hospitals to sustainable laboratories.
 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a large-scale hospital project from concept to completion

• Managing complex stakeholder environments, including public authorities, contractors, and

design partners

• Ensuring compliance with hospital-related standards

• Overseeing scope, schedule, risk, and cost management

• Ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability

• Driving collaboration across disciplines and geographies within the company

• Leading, mentoring, and developing project team members
 

Key skills required:

• A degree in engineering, architecture, or a related technical discipline

• Proven experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager on hospital or healthcare-

related projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex project

environments

• Experience working with public and/or private sector healthcare clients

• Fluency in English and Danish
