The organization has grown to several hundred employees and continues to expand rapidly, supported by sustained demand for its specialized capabilities.

The business operates through a dual model that combines external research services with internal innovation. The combination of a proprietary discovery platform and a clearly defined disease focus has positioned the company as a leader within its niche.

The company has achieved strong and consistent growth, reflected in a high compound annual revenue growth rate over recent years and a rapidly expanding workforce. It has collaborated with a large share of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, demonstrating broad industry reach and long-standing trust.
